		<description>I&#039;m not sure if this would be possible in India, but perhaps with a grant from Pepsi, the local municipalities would install chlorination systems to make the drinking water safe for millions of people.  Here in the U.S., most cities have put chlorine in their drinking water for about 100 years and it kills all of the harmful bacteria.</description>
