This needs to stop …

In Madhya Pradesh, a state in central India, about 150 dalit and tribal women were subjected to virginity tests during a government-sponsored mass marriage recently.

Ironically the scheme is designed to make marriage less onerous by making it free for its participants, but not at this cost. The full article is here.
