Respected Sir/Madam
VMIT Educational Trust has been working in the field of different social development sectors here in this hilly state Himachal Pradesh. So far we have been associated with various government departments and independent agencies from last four years. Education, Health, Disaster management, environment preservation, Women Empowerment and fuel conservation so far have been our prime focus area. Women and youth so far been our target area.
we are relatively young organization, so want to know about the association with you people.
I appreciate the noble initiative taken by the Government. Hope it brings greater transprency and accountability in utilizing the funds meant for the development of the thousands of Indian citizens who continue to live in the darkness of poverty. This partnership will bring better results in implementing projects related to grassroots community members. It will check corruption and force those in power and position to do justice in allocating funds and schemes for genuine developmental works. The 3/4 majority of Indians are below the poverty lines even today when we are at the threshold of the 22nd century just because only a handfull of so-called in power eat the lion’s share of nation wealth. India has enough of resources and money to take care of all citizens but due to lack of transprency and accountability the rich continue to become richer overnight while hundreds of poor across the country die of hunger, shelther and lack of medical care. It is a reality and alarm call for govt at centre to make every effort to work development of all poor right from policy making to implementation of all developmental works.
